Payment
All amounts listed on the website are in EURO (EUR), excluding VAT and excluding delivery costs. Sales within Denmark will be listed as Danish Kroner (DKK), including VAT & excluding delivery costs.
JESMORE ApS accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard. We do not charge any transaction fees on your purchase.
The payment for the order will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
JESMORE ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, ensuring a completely secure connection.
Delivery
We only deliver goods within EU. The delivery time for your order is usually 1-10 business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
In case of high demand or unforeseen circumstances, longer delivery times may occur.
All goods are delivered via GLS as standard, unless other options are available.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
A 14-day full return policy is granted for items purchased from our webshop, this do not cover made-to-order or customized items.
The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You are responsible for any return costs, and the choice of carrier is up to you.
You must notify us of your withdrawal no later than 14 days after purchase, and the order must be received by us no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your withdrawal.
JESMORE ApS will assess the condition of the item. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that upon withdrawal, you may receive only a partial refund or none at all.
Warranty Claims
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2-year warranty is granted on products. The warranty covers material and/or manufacturing defects.
Warranty claims must be reported to JESMORE ApS within a reasonable time after receiving the item. One month is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed.
The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by improper use of the product.
JESMORE ApS does not cover return costs beyond what is reasonable. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

Privacy Policy
When you purchase an item and voluntarily provide your information, we receive customer data. As the data controller, we process your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data is only used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.
We use third parties to process some of our data, including for shipping management, which is not developed by JESMORE ApS. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners to ensure they comply with applicable data protection regulations.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may use the following options to escalate your complaint:
• Center for Complaint Resolution via the complaint portal at the Nævnenes Hus. Go to the complaint portal.

• If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can file your complaint via the EU Commission’s online complaint portal. Go to the EU complaint portal.
